L.E.A.V.E.S. GARDEN MAINTENANCE SERVICE

LEAVES is a not for profit organisation providing work for people recovering from mental illness.  By using our service you are therefore making a contribution to the local community. 

PLANNING

We will contact you before each visit unless we have a regular agreement for visits.  We like to develop a routine so that you get to know the approximate time we arrive.  We use our own tools and only need you to provide access. 

VISIT DURATION & COST

We have a three tier charging system based on the approximate time spent on each visit.

up to 30 mins for 2 people or 45 mins for 1 person

up to 45 mins for 2 people or 60 mins for 1 person

up to 60 mins for 2 people or 80 mins for 1 person

Some individual visits may be shorter or longer based on the available work, the weather of it there are three gardeners.  Please contact us for the up to date pricing structure including discounts for advance payment.. We are also able to reduce prices for a limited number of elderly and frail customers made possible by a subsidy from our other business activities.

PAYMENTS

Unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance we will invoice you at the end of each month for the visits during that month.  We prefer you to pay by cheque but will make arrangements for cash if necessary.

GARDEN WASTE

We will provide the green sacks and leave them in the front garden for collection by Swindon Borough Council.
